My Analysis and Thoughts 
About Other Group's Debate


Last month, my class held a debate session. We devided into several groups with different topic. So, here's my thoughts of all those debates.

1st Group

Topic: Should Government Legalize Freeport?
Pro: We need it for increasing Indonesia's structures and procedurs.
Contra: In Indonesia there's still a lot of corruptionts and other cases that need to be fixed. The procedurs in Indonesia haven't ready yet for it and if the government still gonna legalize it, it will be useless.
My Opinion: Freeport is good to upgrade the country's structures, but if Indonesia haven't ready yet for it, the government should think again about legalizing it.


2nd Group

Topic: The Price Of Eggs Are Increasing Due To Idul Fitri
Pro: The increasing price give bigger profit to the farmer or egg sellers. Especially Idul Fitri is a big day where people needs more income.
Contra: Affects small bussiness like restaurant or warteg and also the consumers.
My Opinion: It's okay if the egg sellers want to increase the price of eggs because maybe they need more income due tu Idul Fitri. But, don't increase it too much, they should think about the consumers too.


3rd Group

Topic: WHO Declaring That Gaming Is Addictive
Pro: Gamers that are addictive to game can drop out from school and it causes other negative things.
Contra: Gaming can help people to get better vision and make people happy. The WHO survey is not specific. Gaming also had a social impact. You can team up with friends to play game together.
My Opinion: Gaming is not a really bad thing even if it's addicting. It's depends on how we control ourself while we playing games.

Pink -Purple Sky At Sunset The colors of the sunset result from a phenomenon called scattering, says Steven Ackerman, professor of meteorology at UW-Madison. Molecules and small particles in the atmosphere change the direction of light rays, causing them to scatter. Scattering affects the color of light coming from the sky, but the details are determined by the wavelength of the light and the size of the particle. The short-wavelength blue and violet are scattered by molecules in the air much more than other colors of the spectrum. This is why blue and violet light reaches our eyes from all directions on a clear day. But because we can't see violet very well, the sky appears blue. Scattering also explains the colors of the sunrise and sunset, Ackerman says. “Because the sun is low on the horizon, sunlight passes through more air at sunset and sunrise than during the day, when the sun is higher in the sky. More atmosphere means more molecules to scatter the violet

Hello everyone! My name is Ananda Putri and you can call me Nanda or just Ananda. I was born in Bandung, 29th September 2001. I'm an eleventh grade student at SMAN 3 Bandung. I live in Gatot Subroto Street, near the Trans Studio Mall. I have one younger sister and she is still 8 years old. Today, i wanna talk a little more about myself.
